Currently, the company manages five factories: 2 in Vientiane Province, 1 in Vientiane Capital, 1 in Khammouane Province and 1 in Savannakhet Province. The total charcoal production of these 5 factories can reach the total amount of 155 Tons/month in the high season (September-May) and 120 Tons/month in the low season (June-August).

The company also has plantation area of 40 ha (40,000 m²) which can support raw materials for the factory and issue quotas for long term production of the company.

The factory is on the main road 13 north with good accessibility and easy to operate. It is located at Phonthong village, Hinherb District, Vientiane Province. The factory consists of 18 Kilns which can produce white charcoal from 16 -20 tones/ month. Raw material is well available and there are potential to increase production capacity of the factory.

The main operation part of the company includes 2 factory buildings, a main warehouse and a large plantation area. It is located at Konekaen Village, Hinherb District, Vientiane Province. The factory includes 40 kilns which can produce up to 35-40 tones/month. Raw materials are supplied by local villagers close to the factory and the factory also used materials from its plantation areas (40 ha).

Located in Sangthong District, Vientiane Capital City. The factory includes 30 kilns which can produce around 20-25 Tones/month. In the low season, the production can only make up 50% of the total production due to difficulty of transportation from material zone to the factory.

The factory is located at Naka village, Kunkham district, Khammouan Province. It includes a large warehouse, where charcoal is classified for packing and loading here. The factory consists of 32 kilns, which can produce charcoal up to 25-30 Tones/month. There are many large areas of land of raw materials available, which can supply the factory and produce charcoals for all year round. The company is also now extending company’s plantation areas and making plantation contract with local villagers   along the line with the government’s policy for long-term use of raw materials.

The company has established a new form of production by renting 20 kilns and buying from other factories nearby. The total production made up here is about 30-40 tones/month.
